High speed rake to be revived?

Mid-day reports that there are plans to bring the high speed rake #1181-1182 back on track. Here is the news report:

I would say that this is an exercise in futility. Instead of conducting trials at high speeds once again, it would be better to convert the rake into a normal one with conventional bogie design and utilise it instead of it lying unused. The 3 year delay in trials has also stuck up 5 more rakes to be manufactured.

CR is facing a shortage of rakes tor DC to AC conversion. Transferring this rake as well as 5 more rakes to CR will be a big relief to them. Hoping that sense will prevail over gimmicks of high speed.
